We harvest on Tuesdays and deliver on Wednesdays. Minimum purchase for delivery is $50, but on-farm pickup in Poulsbo is available anytime. If you need product outside of our delivery schedule, please email us.
Baby size, tight bulbs.
Small to medium.
Mild, less stringy than regular varieties.
A mixture of colorful baby salanova lettuces.
Bright vibrant color, approximately 1-2" wide.
Nickel to quarter-sized.
Fennel/anise flavor packed into a beautiful flower, perfect as a garnish or as dried fennel pollen.
Mild and...cucumbery.
Also known as Sichuan Button, these flowers have an extremely lemony-fragrant and mouth-numbing sensation. Super-cool for drinks or confections. A little bit goes a long way!
Crisp succulent with a dew-like surface and a refreshing flavor. Roughly 2-inch tips.
A slightly peppery, fruity leaf from tuberous nasturtium.
A Japanese herb with a flavor somewhere between mint and basil.
A rare find, also called Peruvian Black Mint. Somewhat minty, nutty, and anise-like with citrus notes. A delight in cocktails.
Like regular tarragon, but a bit more fragrant. Edible flowers included.
Thai basil variety - strong lemon aroma
Thai basil variety - mild cinnamony flavor
Also called Chinese flowering leek - the texture and flavor is closer to a leek rather than a chive. Denser and flatter than regular chives, but with a more earthy flavor.
A slightly more fragrant and subtle variety.
